A tranquil refuge, excellent service and located in the heart of Berlin's cultural centre. The hotel blends harmoniously with the surrounding architecture. The newly constructed Hackescher Markt has a historical facade with french windows and shutters. The interior has a familiar and calming air. A homeliness partly owing to its youthful and agreeable personnel.
Five floor hotel with 32 rooms organised around an open landscaped patio.
Furnished with pine and soft fitted carpets the interior evokes a sensation of luxury and wellbeing.
The hotel bar provides the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing cocktail after a long day in the city. And the patio offers a peaceful refuge to read and relax or enjoy a cup of tea. The light rooms also form a part of the warm interior style the hotel seeks to achieve.
Location
The hotel Hackescher Markt is located in one of the most modern areas of Berlin, Mitte. Its central position allows guests to take advantage of the main attractions, for example the modern design of Hackesche Höfe, the famous Alexanderplatz square, Museum Island and so on. Both the metro and city train (S-Bahn) are within ten minutes walk.

"Das Hotel war ganz nett, aber nicht wirklich mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Einklang zu bringen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und verfügte über keine besondere Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Lärmschutzfenster etc.). Da das Zimmer direkt zur Straße lag, fuhren die Straßenbahnen (fast) durchs Schlafzimmer. Da ich keinen Stellplatz gebucht hatte, wurde mir ein "befreundeter" Stellplatz in der Nähe empfohlen. 20 €/Tag und nichtmal eine brauchbare Quittung... Der Verdacht liegt nahe, daß das Hotelpersonal mitverdient. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt in Berlin alles in allem sehr schön."
