Situated in a former hospital of the past century, the Granados 83 redeveloped themselves in a hotel establishment that preserves the spirit of the constructions of the Barcelona "machines and factories"; active rêveuse and curious. Its structure, iron oxidized that recalls the former lofts of the New York Soho, contrast with its rocks and glass facade and its zen design interiors of the biggest minimalist elegance.
The Hotel offers two bars restaurants, one of which adjoins the garden, specializes in creative Mediterranean cooking; the other, known as The Terraza, situated by the swimming pool of the hotel, is dedicated to Asian cooking and its tendencies. 77 rooms and Suites, several of them have access to a terrace and a private swimming pool. The rooms, vast and modern, avant garde design combine wood, fine leather, glass and Thassos white marble, a multimedia space with TV, LCD, art works of eastern origin, all of these components making your stay more pleasant.
Location
In the heart of the neighborhood "Eixample", the Hotel Granados 83 is ideally situated. A quiet neighborhood only 100 meters from the Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. The luxury shops are therefore all near. Further along the Plaza Cataluña marks the beginning of the famous Ramblas.

"Bel hôtel plutôt bien placé, mais une petite deception: la piscine qui s'apparente plus à un bassin décoratif, on ne peut pas vraiment s'y baigner car elle donne sur les tables du bar exterieur où il y a toujours du monde. Le personnel est agréable mais le nettoyage de la chambre n'était pas irréprochable... On peut également déplorer un faible sens commercial (général à Barcelone malheureusement) en effet, le jour de notre départ lorsque nous avons voulu acheter des timbres auprès de l'hôtel on nous a demandé un tarif majoré de 40% ! Ce jour là étant un jour férié, la poste était fermée donc pas le choix... J'ai trouvé cela déplacé compte tenu que nous venions de régler une note de presque 400€ pour 3 nuits, ce service aurait pu nous être rendu à prix coûtant."
