Hotel description

With contemporary architecture, the hotel combines design, architecture, history and good taste. Elegance and modernity within the building's walls, while its 19th century facade has been perfectly refurbished. The rooms' smart floor-plans are also extremely comfortable. The rounded bathrooms give them a special character. The personal adjustment system, installed in each room, gives guests the privilege of choosing their own atmosphere : sound and light levels adapt to desired levels.

Hotel Cram's rooms are excellently fitted and soundproof, with an exceptional domotic system. Designer bathrooms, showers with fantastic pressure. On the terrace take advantage of the swimming pool, or also appreciate the view while having breakfast, lunch or dinner. WiFi connection. It is impossible not to enjoy the authentic "Gaig" restaurant, featuring chef Carlos Gaig, which has been awarded one Michelín star.

Location

The hotel is located a few blocks from the Paseo de Gracia and the Plaza de Cataluña and the Ramblas. Close to the vibrant local nightlife of Barcelona.

"En plus d'une esthétique design réussie, la suite offre un vrai confort : Tout est bien agencé et pensé dans les détails sur une surface largement suffisante.Les photos du site de l'hôtel ne rendent pas compte de cet espace curieusement. Le Jacuzzi intérieur et la terrasse privative sont des plus indéniables. Mention spéciale pour l'éclairage modulable. Pour 300 € c'est un très bon rapport qualité / prix - L'accueil était plaisant et très professionnel. A signaler que le minibar affiche des tarifs raisonnables - Les seuls bémols sont : Le garage avec une rampe d'accès unique, très étroite et avec une inclinaison telle que la remonter relève de l'exploit - A déconseiller aux voiture à propulsion et volumineuses sous peine d'accident - L'absence de module HIFI pour connecter un I pod et d'un machine expresso ( dans une suite et pour ce type d'hôtel, c'est devenu standard )"

"Un hotel très design. Accueil agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Néanmoins la vue sur Barcelone nous fait oublier ce détail.Les suites sont merveilleuses avec terrasse et jacuzzi. Les chambres sont propres et très belles. Internet en libre-service."

"Location is great - a charming neighborhood, but still convenient to where you want to go. Hotel is really spiffy. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was fabulous. The people at the front desk were very helpful with referrals to other restaurants. Shower, however, leaks all over the bathroom floor."

"Hôtel magnifique. Décors Design, Zen. hall impressionnant. Nous avions une suite la 603, dernière étage avec terrasse privée. Baignoire jacuzzy. Nous avons dîner à l'hôtel, au restaurant Gaig. Extraordinaire. Un week-end idyllique. Tout est soigné, propre. feutré. L'emplacement est très bien. Quartier chic, beaucoup de bars et restaurant très design et bons et ce à 10 mn à pied de La Rambla. Non, vraiment pour avoir changé d'hôtel un soir et pris un 4* recommandé,sur La Rambla, même avec le Spa intégré, nous regrettons le Cram."
