• In a 6-hectare park, the Abbey School forms an architectural complex testifying to 12 centuries of history. South of the Tarn, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the heart of the typical village of Sorèze, 70 km west of Toulouse, the abbey school was founded in 754. Louis XVI raised it to the status of a military royal school in 1776. Today, it has 70 bedrooms and serves creative cuisine based on local produce.

In June 2002, "Le Logis des Pères" opens with 52 3-star rooms in the old cells of the Dominican fathers.
