Located on the hill of Tibidabo, the hotel completely dominates Barcelona. An ideal place to enjoy the city but with all the calm of the highest area: there are great panoramic views of the city, the sea and even the Pyrenees. The most splendid hotel in the city, where good taste, authentic luxury and the maximum quality are unquestionable. The Florida offers the most exclusive panoramic view of the city and the surroundings. Surrounded by terraces, pools and nature, the hotel has become Barcelona´s favorite international jet set society hotel. The interiors emanate art, with exclusive avantguard suites.
There are 70 rooms, all of a varying shape and style given that the hotel's renovation kept to the original characteristics of the historic building. Rooms come with great views, terraces and a garden.
A hotel where art is the status quo, with exclusive avant-guard and design style suites as well as an incredible Spa with exclusive Nature Bissé treatments. There are several restaurants, one of them, the l'Orangerie serves the highest gourmet Mediterranean cuisine in the hotel's spectacular terraces.

Location
The Grand Hotel La Florida is located in the north of Barcelona, in the highest district 300 metres above the centre. Guests won't have any problems getting to the city centre, there's a free transport service throughout the day that runs the 7 kilometres to the centre. El Prat International Airport is a 20 minutes' drive away (23 kilometres).

"I love the Florida and I think it is definitely worth a stay however I do think that they try and squeeze every last penny out of you for example I do not think that it is acceptable that they charge you 18 euros per night to park your car there. I was also disappointed when they arranged a function there and gave us 24 hours notice about shutting off the lower 3 decks of the terrace and spa area. I also think that they should have more seating area around the pool as many customers were left without anywhere to sit for the day."
