How is my reservation confirmed?

To confirm your reservation, Splendia Ltd. charges a guarantee deposit. This guarantee deposit is included in the established price, and does not signify, at any time, a supplementary charge for the client.

Your reservation is confirmed by email. Therefore, it is very important that the email address that you give is correct. Splendia Ltd. is not responsible for possible errors committed by the client that makes the booking confirmation impossible to send.

If you do not receive an email within four working hours after reservation, you can contact Splendia Ltd.'s Client Service by sending an email to booking@splendia.com with your reservation details (client name, name of hotel ...).

The confirmation email that Splendia Ltd. sends is the reservation receipt, and is a summary of information related to the reservation, such as any additional information about the selected hotel (address, telephone, fax ...). You should present this document upon arrival at the hotel.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your reservation you should send an email to booking@splendia.com with your cancellation request. The client is obliged to pay all costs arising from cancellation.

The cancellation policies of individual hotels apply. Therefore, Splendia recommends that you consult the cancellation policy of your chosen hotel. They are described on Splendia's website, on the page corresponding to each hotel, and can be consulted when making your reservation under the heading 'Cancellation Policy and Fees' on the website. The hotel reserves the right to apply its own cancellation policy.

How can I change my booking?

You can modify a reservation in process by contacting Splendia's Customer Care and sending an email to booking@splendia.com with your reservation details (client name, name of hotel ...). Our Customer Care will immediately assist you with your request.

Are there any extra charges for children?

Some hotels charge a supplement for a crib/cot or supplementary bed (the type of bed depends on the child's age). This supplement is not always included in the price of the room. In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you contact us for information, either by email at booking@splendia.com, or by telephone. We will respond as soon as possible.

Is my personal information protected?

Splendia is committed to not disclosing confidential client information to third parties. This information will be used exclusively by our internal services for the processing of orders and to strengthen and personalise communication, such as the promotions we offer to our clients. You have the right of access, rectification, and opposition to any use of your personal information. You can exercise this right by giving your surname, name, address and email, through the webpage or by email to booking@splendia.com.

Is it safe to give my credit card details online?

Splendia's websites are protected by a security system: Splendia has adopted SSL encoding protocols. In addition, this system has been reinforced by scrambling and encoding procedures to protect all transactions related to modes of payment as effectively as possible.

What do I do if my credit card is denied?

Splendia utilises very secure external services to process the payments made by credit card online. There is a possibility of your credit card being denied. In this event, you are requested to contact our Customer Care by email (booking@splendia.com) or by telephone.
