Classic rooms are all very special and different one from each other, with the original pitch stone floorings, wrought iron beds and old furniture; all bathrooms are private and have bath-tub with shower. Bedrooms, some on the first floor and some others on the main floor with access for disabled people, look over the aromatic "Hortus" characterized by a plenty of typical Mediterranean aromatic plants, centuries-old olive trees, and an old "Arab" fountain.

The Eremo della Giubiliana even offers to its guests the "stone Cottages" belonging to the estate. Located in the middle of the property and 400 meters from the main structure of the Eremo, they dominate with a fantastic view over the wide horizon of the Highlands and the sea. Stone cottages, designed as the old shepherd houses of the Highlands, are all fenced with typical stone walls, and have their own parking, private garden and veranda. The interiors are luxuriously furnished and finished with white stone floorings, exposed beam ceilings, mini bar and air conditioning. Bathrooms have a large bath-tub with windows overlooking the garden. Guests can choose the normal hotel formula with breakfast included; or a weekly stay (7 nighhts) with possibility of self-catering, breakfast excluded; this rate includes electricity, water and gas charges, cleaning and change of towels and linen twice a week. In any case, guests will enjoy all the services that our staff is pleased to offer. The rate for breakfast is calculated 20.00 Euros per person, per day. Extra nights exceeding the the week unit will be calculated on the b&b hotel formula. Moreover the cottages are directly connected to our private runway so that private pilots deciding to make a stop at the Eremo della Giubiliana can park their own aircraft in the grass field in front of their Cottage. A new hospitality concept for guests who appreciate freedom and privacy.

Eremo della Giubiliana presents a total of 25 guest rooms. This limited number of accommodations is what helps it preserve its elegant air of exclusivity as it offers all the comfort of a modern hotel establishment, along with all of privacy and character of an intimate boutique hotel. The hotel boasts an excellent restaurant which goes by the name of 'Sala Grande' where guests can savour the genuine tastes of the local Sicilian cuisine, based solely on biological products from the hotel's ancient garden and freshly elaborated cheeses, pastas and focaccia breads. Moreover, you will be able to taste some the best Sicilian wines directly from the wine cellar which was initially a medieval crypt. For leisure moments, you can try some of the many liqueurs, drinks and cocktails the bar proposes, as well as scrumptious marzipan and chocolate of Modica, or lounge about at the outdoor swimming pool situated in the hotel garden.
Location
Thanks to its strategic position in the centre of south-eastern Sicily, Eremo della Giubiliana is an ideal starting point for different routes around the island. Only a few kilometres from Eremo, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, you'll find an array of important archaeological sites and examples of various architecture periods within driving distance. Furthermore, it is the ideal location for venturing out to discover the many gastronomic specialities of the land including its artisan cheeses, wines, chocolates and carob honeys.
