Sitting on one of the roads crossing the prestigious Via dei Condotti, this Charming House is immersed in the atmosphere and the beauty of the area. Just a few steps from the Piazza di Spagna, and occupying an elegant and recently restored private residence, Crossing Condotti offers cosy and discrete hospitality. In all there are five rooms to choose from, each with its own distinct character, but all sharing the same design vision – a fusion of soothing light colours with dark, antique furniture, sumptuous fabrics, original wooden ceilings, parquet floors, attractive prints and paintings, antique furnishings from a private collection. This is combined with the most up-to-the-minute technology, such as complimentary WiFi internet access. Throughout, the focus is firmly on your comfort and total satisfaction.

While each room has its own atmosphere, they all share the same attention to detail, such as quality linens, non-allergenic mattresses and pillows, and flat-screen televisions. Most have king-size beds – one even has a four-poster bed –and every room is equipped with a courtesy tray with everything that you need to prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate, not to mention and complimentary soft drinks. Other useful amenities include a laptop-sized safe, pay TV and individual air-conditioning and heating. Bathrooms have either a shower or a bath; all have luxurious L'Occitane toiletries and slippers. You also have access to a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine and an ice machine. The multilingual staff will be happy to help you plan your visit to this city of cities.

Location

Crossing Condotti enjoys one of Rome's most exclusive address, 50 metres from Piazza di Spagna and the magnificent Spanish Steps, and surrounded by chic boutiques, renowned restaurants, atmospheric bars, and cafés and tea rooms. The Charming House is well connected with the rest of the city, with bus stops, underground stations and taxi stands within few paces of the property. Rome's two airports are each about 30 km away, while the central train station is about 2.5 km away.

"Le seul défaut est la petitesse de la chambre et l'impossibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner ou même une collation sur place. Sinon, le service est très bon et la localisation excellente. "We couln't have choosen a greater hotel in order to spend my birthday! Crossing Condoti made the difference. The location was ideal. Our room was great. The daily service (cleaning of the room) was impressing. Marco Fuduli, our reception guy, was simply the best. He thought everything for us, even before asking anything. We have visited many hotels around the world and receiving this kind of quality service in a reception is not something common. Just Excellent. We will definatelly recommend this small boutique hotel in our friends but most definatelly, come back ourselves! Thank you for everything!"
