• Como Shambhala Estate is a holistic wellness retreat, providing an all-embracing experience closely tailored to each individual’s needs, offering healing programs to mend mind, body and spirit. Here, the state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional villa accommodation are set into eight hectares of landscaped gardens. The Como Shambhala Estate specialises in creating sanctuaries, places of privacy and nurture where guests can rediscover a sense of balance. Most significantly, the Estate is a place of beauty where silence reigns and where guests find the energy to make informed life changes that will last beyond their stay.

• Accommodation is among the most private and spacious of its kind, built into the jungle and clearings above the Ayung river. Apart from rooms, there are expansive residences, each with four or five suites and a large swimming pool, one to three bedroom stand-alone Villas with different living spaces and private pools and Retreat Villas (one or two bedrooms each), which feature living, dining, kitchen areas and private pools (some Retreat Villas also have a private therapy room). Rather than traditional pampering, the Estate's holistic health policy is devoted to taking a closer look at the hidden elements that make up a fit and contented person. Guests undergo a consultation and communication process that becomes an essential element of a stay at The Estate, as is diet (locally sourced products), exercise (whitewater rafting, mountain biking, trekking...) and mindset. Facilities include nine treatment rooms (including three for couples), four Water-Garden treatment pavilions, an outdoor hydrotherapy area, yoga room, Pilates studio, fully-equipped gym and consultation rooms.
