What is The Club?

The Club is an exclusive members-only group which allows access to a number of exclusive benefits and advantages, only at Splendia. It is our special way of rewarding our best and most loyal customers. Members of The Club can enjoy benefits at participating Club hotels right from their second booking with Splendia.

How do I join The Club?

There are two ways of joining The Club. You can sign up for membership at any time by clicking here. Otherwise existing customers as well as new customers can sign up during their Splendia booking process. Please remember that you are only entitled to The Club benefits from your second booking onwards.

What are the benefits of joining The Club?

You will have different benefits and advantages according to your level of membership. From the second booking with Splendia, all members will receive benefits in Club hotels like room upgrades, complimentary drinks or spa access, as well as additional advantages from Splendia, like special discounts and a newsletter just for you. For more details go to "The Club Benefits" page. You can see the specific benefits offered by each Club hotel in the hotel description.

What will I receive when I join?

The first thing you will receive is a welcome email confirming your details. Gold and Platinum members will also get a welcome pack and a membership card, and Platinum members will get a specially tailored surprise gift when they book through Splendia.

Do I have to pay a fee to join?

No, membership of The Club is complimentary.

What are the different grades of membership?

Club membership is available to people who have booked through Splendia.com. Gold membership is for customers who spend over €3,000 annually at Splendia.com, or have spent more than €800 on a single night. Platinum membership is reserved for a select few customers, hand picked by Splendia for their exceptional loyalty.

What does it mean if a hotel is affiliated to The Club?

If a hotel is part of The Club, it means that members can take advantage of their membership, like upgrades or complimentary items, at that particular hotel. To do this you must remember to book the hotel through Splendia, using your the Club login access (either before making your booking, or during the booking process). Please note that The Club benefits are not available in all Splendia hotels - you are entitled to The Club benefits when staying at an affiliated Club hotel.

Which hotels are affiliated and how will I know if a hotel is affiliated or not?

You can check which hotels are affiliated to The Club by checking 'The Club Hotels' section. A symbol denoting affiliation to The Club will also be clearly marked on the hotel's Splendia page, so you can easily see which hotels form part of The Club when browsing Splendia's hotel selection. The selection of hotels has been carefully chosen to represent all star ratings, all prices and all types of hotel, so that each member of The Club can find something to suit them.

How can I enjoy my benefits at affiliated hotels?

To enjoy your benefits you must book the hotels through Splendia, either on the website or by calling Customer Care. When you book using your login the hotel will be notified that you are member of The Club, and your benefits will be waiting when you arrive. The details of the benefits will appear in your booking confirmation email that you receive from Splendia.

How do I update my profile or contact details?

First you need to log in, then go to ‘My profile’ and change your details as you wish. Alternatively go straight to the ‘My profile’ page where you will be asked for your login details.

Can I receive benefits if I book without logging in first?

No, you need to log in so we can identify you as a member before you receive benefits from The Club. You can log in either at the login page, or while making your booking.
