Hotel description

The Claridge Hotel, with Tudor-style architecture, is the preferred establishment for those that are looking for a European style hotel in Buenos Aires. The relaxed but elegant atmosphere, the cordiality of its staff, and the prestige that they have garnered during half a century of service, has converted the Claridge Hotel into one of the most outstanding establishments of the city.

There are many details that make the Claridge a prestigious hotel. The lobby has marble floors imported from Italy, and in the ceiling, a similar "trompe lï¿½ oeil" design with light shades that imitate the light of day. The restaurant has Executive and "a la carta" menus , to satisfy the tastes of its clientele. The bar has become one of the cityï¿½s hotspots, because throughout its history it has always had creative and international-award-winning bartenders.

Location

In the health Club you will find an exterior, heated pool that has fibre-optic illumination with a rotation of four soft colors, which makes the water change color. The solarium, situated in the open-air terrace, has a 170 m² wooden platform, Feng Shui style. The club also has a spa, as well as facial and corporal treatments, seaweed therapy, mud therapy, a gym with the latest generation equipment, a sauna, a relaxation room, and a bar.

"The service was excellent...WAY better than service at the Sheraton nearby. The staff knew other languages besides Spanish, which was nice. The room was fine except the bathroom was awfully small. The staff was excellent and pool was nice. Excellent service and perfect location!"

"We loved the wireless internet access that was "free" in our room We appreciated the staff in the breakfast room and the front desk, they were all extremely friendly, knowledgable and always solved any problem with courtesy and a smile! :) Our room was cleaned spotless and in a timely manner, our beds turned down nightly. It was a pleasure to have the hotel close to fine dining near the water and the local nearby restaurants were superb. We will be staying here in the future and we will recommend the hotel to all our friends who travel there."
