  "La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, a 5 min de Termini a pie. El hotel no se identifica con facilidad porqué se trata de un piso dentro de un edificio y no tiene letrero indicativo, hay que mirar los timbres y encontrar uno que dice CHROMA. Cuidado con la elección de la habitación, yo reservé con más de tres meses de antelación y cuando llegué alli me dijeron que la habitacion que yo habia reservado estaba ocupada y que tenia que hospedarme en una de calidad menor. Tube que ser yo quien dijo que habia pagado un precio superior al de la habitacion que me estaban ofreciendo para que ellos me hiciesen el descuento pertinente. El desayuno es muy muy pobre, a excepción de una pieza de bolleria todo lo demás es bolleria embasada y no hay nada salado (pan, embutido...). Recomendaria el hotel por la habitación y la ubicación, pero no por los servicios."

  "Belles chambres design. Accueil très agréable. En revanche, je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais choisi aupraravant sur internet. Grosse déception étant donné que le point de différence de cet hotel est la décoration. Le petit déjeuner est à fuir : viennoiserie et pains sous vide (!!)"

  "Die Zimmer waren vom Design sehr gut, es fehlte an Ablageflächen für Koffer etc. Das Bad war ebenfalls vom Design sehr gut, es fehlte auch hier an Ablageflächen und Handtuchhaken. Die Armaturen funktionierten mäßig, die Dusche war defekt ( mit Wissen des Personals), wurde aber auf Nachfrage repariert. Das warme Wasser kam nur Tröpfchenweise, auch nach der Reparatur, aus der Dusche Der Safe war ebenfalls defekt (das wurde uns im Vorfeld gesagt).Der Schminkspiegel hingt lose von der Wand."

  "It was so~~~ nice. But first time it was really difficult to find out the hotel. Nobody expected there is hotel such formal building. But the address was correct and i can find with it. Room was big enought, nice shower room and perfect airconditioner. Everything was great. But i hope the hotel provide enought towels, trash box in the room and refrigerator. I only got 2 big towels and 1 normal size. It was not enought to share 2. I think 1 normal size to put in front of shower booth, 2 big one and 2 normal size one. There is only one trash box at shower room. So i have to go there something to dump away. I stayed this hotel mid of June. It was really hot in Rome. I hope to keep some beers or water in icebox. But i had to drink warm water and warm beers. This hotel located nearby metro. So it is very easy to move. Also there is big supermarket nearby the hotel. So i can buy easily something that i need. And... the coffee in this hotel was nice. I cannot forget it!"

  "Petit déjeuner sur-facturé,dommage !!! Payer 15€ par personne (soit 60€ pour mon amie et moi-même pour les 2 nuitées que nous avons passées à l'hôtel) qques pauvres biscuits de supermarché n'est vraiment pas raisonnable. Un petit-déjeuner de qualité T R E S N E T T E M E N T supérieure pris dans le bar de qualité situé au pied de l'hôtel nous aurait couté 3 fois moins cher. Il me semble que cette prestation est à revoir."

  "A nice little place to stay in Rome, with a friendly staff. The room was spacious and well decorated. In opposition to big hotels, Chroma has just a few rooms and it brings a cosy atmosphere where you feel like a guest."

  "Beau potentiel mais qui doit encore être exploité, l'hôtel est trop récent; personnel à revoir mais convivialité du propriétaire compense les quelques désagréments; mauvaise insonorité des portes de chambres, et manque d'affichage de l'hôtel; mais tout est train d'être résolu, ce sera alors un beau produit; chambres modernes et origniales."
