A luxury town house opened in November 2007 in the heart of Rome, overlooking the prestigious Porta del Popolo. Housed on the third floor of a beautiful building, the Casa Montani is managed directly by the owners who have put heart and soul into every detail, choosing furniture and fabrics from the best Italian and French brands and commissioning furniture by local craftsmen. As a result, each of the five rooms are comfortable, beautiful and also unique. Apart from the gorgeous design, this family-run hotel is very personal and intimate and offers the type of service which makes for perfect leisure and relaxation.

All non-smoking rooms are equipped with modern comforts such as wired and wireless Internet access, marble bathrooms, parquet floors and air conditioning. Soft colours and lighting as well as top quality beds and classic design furniture are some of the in-room pleasures. The suites have in addition a small separate living room with a second LCD TV, a convertible single sofa bed and bath. A continental breakfast is served up to your room with fine "Ginori" porcelain and "Sambonet" cutlery set. You can also find magazines and newspapers in the common room. The Internet connection here is also free of charge, as in all the guest rooms.

Location

The hotel is located in front of Piazza del Popolo. From this central location you can reach the Spanish Steps in five minutes on foot. A further ten minutes stroll will take you to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. There is also a metro stop nearby (Flaminio-Piazza del Popolo, line A), tram number 2, a number of bus stops and three tourist bus stops as well as a taxi rank on the other side of the Piazza. There are also some private fee-paying garages in the immediate vicinity.

Seul petit bémol : malgré une insonorisation des fenêtres, le bruit de l'avenue peut rester génant pour des personnes comme nous habituées à vivre au calme...
