The most hi-tech luxury villa resort in Bali, the C151 Smart Villas Seminyak are exclusive and fully serviced homes that incorporate the highest standards of entertainment, communication, craftsmanship and materials. C151 Smart Villas Seminyak is located in the heart of the Oberoi Area, the most sought after area of Seminyak - steps from the beach and choice restaurants. The Smart Villas are self-contained and offer the most lavish five-star security, entertainment and wellbeing facilities including a private swimming pool. In addition, a private beach club is coming soon.

There are twenty one villas in total, with one or three bedrooms. They offer a plethora of technological conveniences that provide a sense of extravagance while offering ergonomic and economic advantages. Remote controlled sliding glass doors breeze open at the push of a button to reveal the villa. A point to point laser security system is hidden on the grounds of each villa that can be activated or deactivated by a push of a button either remotely or from a central control panel. Other smart technology at C151 includes underwater speakers in the swimming pool, a fully integrated sound and lighting system that can be controlled by remote or through static switches mounted in each room, electric curtains and blinds, state of the art air conditioners, Jacuzzis, and automatic Toto toilets that not only raise their lids when someone walks in front of them but can also be programmed to remember an individual?s water pressure and seat temperature preferences.
