Five minutes from Avignon, at the heart of a charming and verdant oasis, the Auberge de Cassagne is a tastefully restored Provençal country house from the 1850's that offers all the comforts of a four-star hotel. Philipe Boucher's generous and inventive cooking, recognized by the most reputable travel guides, is a true pleasure.
The beautiful rooms and suites of this hotel have recently been entirely renovated, with terraces opening onto the garden. To take full advantage of your quiet moments, the hotel comes complete with a pool, tennis courts, sauna, a weight-lifting equipment room, and a multi-star gourmet restaurant which appears in every travel guide. Chef Philippe Boucher is an ex-Bocuse George Blanc and his Director of the Dining Room, an impassioned wine connoisseur by the name of André Trestour.
