Archibald Hotel at the Charles Bridge is situated directly in the historic part of Malá Strana, only a few steps away from the famous Charles Bridge. The hotel building is a part of the oldest local structure and one of the first 16th century buildings in the area. At present, the hotel consists of two buildings and it is among objects protected by the National Heritage Council. The hotel was completely renovated after 2002, and reopened with a new, revamped style.

With a reduced number of guestrooms, this hotel offers an exclusive and tranquil environment. In the guestrooms, you will find such comforts as satellite television. Their reserved yet elegant décor creates a homelike warmth you will be able to sink right into. You can enjoy complimentary internet access at reception to keep up on your personal or business affairs. Definitely not to be missed is the wide variety of Czech specialities, quality wines, and traditional Czech beer at the restaurant. "Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion, las vistas y la habitacion, pero no hemos salido contentos por el trato, ya que se nos intentó cobrar 10 euros por tomar el te en la habitacion. Habia un aparato para calentar agua y algunas bolsitas de te, y ningun aviso de que eso podia costar dinero (habitualmete es gratis en cualquier hotel de mas de 4 estrellas). Nos tomamos una infusion , y al dia siguiente apareció una nota en la mesa que ponía "10E per stay", lo cual es un precio muy elevado por tomar una infusión, y además alguien lo apuntó como una consumicion del minibar en un papel. Creo que es un gesto de muy poca categoría en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ademas el desayuno deja mucho que desear. El zumo de naranja es de muy mala calidad, y las opciones del buffet son muy pocas. El trato del personal nos pareció muy frío. Ademas el hotel no tiene ascensor, y nadie nos ayudó a subir las maletas al 2º piso."

"Super location: you can walk anywhere from the hotel. Great for kids. We took 4 rooms together and they were all very nice and charming. Very good renovation. Beautiful view on the bridge from the riverside rooms. Only drawbacks would be: not parking place, access to Na kampe not easy to find by car, very small bathroom."
